1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.

2. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Installation

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site has appropriate and safe electrical and plumbing connections. Shameem & Company is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing site deficiencies.

4. Warranty

• All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The terms, conditions, and duration of the warranty are specified on the warranty card provided with the product.
• The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, repaired by an unauthorized person, or damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Please refer to our 'Return & Exchange Policy' for details on product returns.
• Installed products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technical team.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product as per the warranty terms.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
